Holiday Return Policy
Purchases for holiday giving will be treated for returns as if the purchase was made on the holiday.
We guarantee your satisfaction. If, for any reason, you wish to return an item, you may do so within the first thirty(30) days of purchase. We will take it back and issue a refund for the price of the item or gladly exchange it for another item. The only exceptions are those items that are special orders or large items which have specific return statements on their product web page.
Just follow these easy steps
- 1. Make sure the item is in original and saleable condition with all
packaging materials and manuals present.
If your item is returned without original packaging and all manuals present,
it is not in resalable condition. You will not be entitled to a refund and
we will have to return your order to you at your expense.
- 2. Contact our customer service department for a return number.
You will need to provide the following information:
Product number and/or name
Shipping receipt from Gardening with Ease®
Reason for return
Replacement or return preference
Please note that we are unable to process returns without a return number attached.
- 3. For your protection please ship all returned items using UPS or insured parcel post.
We are unfortunately unable to refund shipping charges, unless item is defective.
- 4. Allow approximately fifteen (15) days from the time the item is received by us for processing a refund.
If you wish to return a defective item, you may do so within the first thirty(30) days of purchase. We will take it back and issue a refund. In the case of returned defective merchandise we refund shipping expenses.
Most of our manufacturers have Toll-free Customer Service Departments dedicated to assisting you with any difficulties you may experience. You can usually find the telephone number in the owners manual. If you have received an item that is defective, or missing parts, contact the Manufacturer's Customer Service Representatives for assistance.
If your problem is not solved, or the manufacturer feels your product is defective, you may certainly return the product to us for a full return.
Please be aware that special order items are not returnable unless defective. This pertains to un-stocked sizes or colors of all our products. Since these are not items we normally stock they can not just be returned to inventory.
When an item you purchased is not in stock we will notify you by email or telephone. We will ship all in-stock items to you without holding up your order. You will not be charged for backordered items until they are shipped to you. We can only estimate how long a backorder will require to fill. If an item is backordered for more than 30 days we will notify you by email or telephone for your preference to cancel or continue the order.
We look for good manufacturers' warranties when we select products. Contact us for the manufacturer's warranty information.
We believe our prices to be the best you can find. If you find a lower, non-sale price, contact us, provide us with verifiable information, and we will do our best to match that price.
All our items are shipped via UPS or USPS . Most orders are shipped within 24 hours. Please allow 3-7 days for shipping time. We will contact International orders if there are additional charges.
